A lovely family based in Abu Dhabi is searching for a highly experienced and qualified full time live in governess who can provide daily educational support for their two school aged children. The nanny will primarily concentrate on the children's academics as the child is currently homeschooled due to the current situation. Commitment to student learning is needed and the nanny should engage the children with arts, music and physical development, leading as a great role model and focusing on manners and discipline.
The ideal candidate will have a teaching background (Primary School, following British Curriculum) and ideally a degree in Education or similar qualifications. Previous experience working in a private household as well as in schools would be highly preferred. Excellent command of English at a native level is essential for this role. A valid first aid qualification is also necessary.
Working hours: 8 to 10 hours per day, 5 days a week
Accommodation: own bedroom & bathroom
Duties include:
The family does international travels approximately 3 months per year and they would like their governess to join them when Covid restrictions permit. Someone who can drive is ideal for this position. They are looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
