A dynamic, energetic, and flexible full time live in international house manager or butler is needed by a lovely family in Kuwait to take in charge of their beach property and maintain it’s upkeep and structure. The candidate will be based at the property all year round and will work with four staff members but when the family is in the property they will work together with the household staff. The candidate must also be someone who enjoys being around children and can easily adjust to working with employees with varied cultural backgrounds. The position will also extend to some PA duties as needed.
The house manager must also be flexible to work during holidays and always be on call. An Arabic speaker would be a bonus.
Working hours: Full time when Principals at the property on weekends and summer holidays/ On call when not at the property
Duties include:
Restocking the home
Running Errands
Grocery shopping
Menu planning
Service and meal arrangement
Liaising with staff members (cooks, housekeepers, drivers, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of the household and events
Ensure a high standard of work being executed by staff members
Personal assistance to Principals as required
There will be potential for international travel with the family and the candidate must be comfortable to accompany them. They need someone who can work as soon as travel restrictions allow.
