This busy family in the countryside of Germany is looking for an experienced and ideally qualified nanny to look after their 3 children. This is a shared care position as the family also has a part time nanny. The nanny should be energetic, pro-active, independent and creative, have a general positive attitude and be enjoying connecting with others, both in context of the children and for herself, we also expect her to define her own development plan for the children.
The family is looking for a confident and mature person who feels also comfortable advising them on how to raise their children. In respect to principles of education, they would like to offer the children an approach that allows them to explore the world while setting clear boundaries and helping them to become a “civilized” member of society. We would like a nanny who can foster their individuality. It is important to offer them meaningful learning experiences, which correspond and support their impulse to explore and learn.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 60 hours (48 hours + 1/2 nights babysitting)
Accommodation: separate, furnished apartment in the house with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

Someone who can drive and has a valid first aid qualification is essential for this role. The family is looking for someone to start in January 2021.
