A Live-in Nanny is needed by this wonderful family in Leicester, Leicestershire to help them in looking after their school-aged child. They have a happy, active, and curious school-aged child who will be the primary focus of care. With a separate housekeeper employed, the nanny will only need to handle light housekeeping duties, allowing more attention to be devoted to the child’s needs and development. Responsibilities include preparing meals for the child and ensuring his dietary needs are met. The family visits Spain and various cities across Europe and the nanny-housekeeper must be able to accompany them. All travel will be communicated in advance to ensure proper planning. They own a dog so someone pet-friendly is ideal but it is not a must. Someone who can drive and holds a full driving license is required and the family are happy to provide a car.
They prefer someone who is excellent with the English language. A valid first aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday for 50 hours per week on a flexible schedule. Occasional babysitting and help during the weekend will be required with previous notice.
