A live-in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family in Hertfordshire to assist them in caring for their toddler and a school-aged child while maintaining the cleanliness of their home. The family is looking for someone with more than five years of experience. All childcare and housekeeping duties are expected. Cooking will also be required. A driver would be a bonus. A valid first aid qualification is essential to this position.
Working hours: 3 to 5 days a week, flexible, 40 hours per week
Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom
Duties include:
- Assisting with nappy changes
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
- Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
- Making beds and replacing linens as needed
- Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Cooking and prepping healthy meals for the children
