A very warm and welcoming family currently residing in Westminster, London is in search of a nanny to join their full staffed household in a full time live in position. The nanny will be providing attentive care for their two beautiful children, a baby and a toddler, on a shifting basis. Typically, the nanny will be required to care for the baby in a week, then shifting to the toddler the next week. When with the baby, the nanny is expected to work around the clock and share the baby's room at night until it is safe to have just the monitor. When with the toddler, the nanny will mostly work through the day plus a couple of nights a week of babysitting. It will be an advantage if the candidate could speak Hindi or an Indian language.
The exact days of the week are rotated and the full schedule is given a month ahead so they need someone who will be comfortable with this arrangement. Teamwork is the key to this role. A valid first aid qualification is also essential.
Working hours: 5 days per week, 12 and 24 hour shifts (rotation across weekends, always two consecutive days off per week, at least 1 weekend off per month)
Accommodation: separate flat (available on days off), bedroom in the house (available on working days), shared with the baby when working on baby shift
