A warm and loving family based in Wandsworth Common is looking for a live-in nanny to help care for their two school-aged children and their newborn, who is due to arrive in April. This role requires all general nanny duties, and the ideal candidate must have experience caring for newborns and young children. The family is seeking someone who has previously worked with children of a similar age and can confidently manage daily routines. A typical day will start with getting the children ready for school. Both the school and nursery are within walking distance, with the school run beginning at 8 a.m. The family has a small, friendly cockapoo dog that accompanies the children on the school run and joins them on park outings. From September, both school-aged children will be attending the same school. Once the baby is in a routine, the nanny will be responsible for planning age-appropriate activities, managing nap schedules, and assisting with weaning. In the afternoons, the role involves collecting the children from school, meal planning, supervising homework, and overseeing the bath and bedtime routine, with the day typically ending at 7 p.m. The family requires a nanny who is happy to travel with them during school holidays. A keen interest in cooking would be an added advantage, as the family enjoys delicious, home-cooked, and healthy meals.
A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
