This lovely family based in Shoreditch, London, is looking for a Full-time Nanny to care for their baby. All general nanny duties are required for this role. Mum will be returning to work from maternity leave in November 2025 and would like the nanny to begin easing in from early October. The family follows a baby-led approach: their little one naps on them and they do not practise sleep training or “cry it out.” They are responsive to their baby’s needs and would like a nanny who respects and supports this style of care. The ideal candidate will be calm, grounded, baby-focused, and empathetic, with the ability to take initiative, “read the room,” and demonstrate emotional self-awareness. Experience with weaning and caring for infants of a similar age is essential. Speaking German and being open to travel with the family would be a bonus. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (50 hrs per week)
