They ideally need someone who is flexible to travel, easy going and enjoys being creative in terms of activities with the little one. It is important that the nanny speaks Mandarin and the family is happy to pay a salary of £16 to £18.50 gross per hour for a qualified candidate. Someone who knows to drive is advantageous and who has a valid first aid qualification is required.
