A lovely family is seeking a part-time nanny to care for their baby two afternoons a week. The role involves all general nanny duties. An Italian-speaking candidate would be a bonus, and a valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Thursday and 1 other day a week 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Duties include:
- Supporting with nappy changes and bottle preparation for infants
- Bathing the child and ensuring proper hygiene
- Promoting the child's safety, well-being, and development
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks suited to the child's needs
- Keeping the child's bedroom and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor trips, such as visits to the park
- Encouraging early literacy by reading stories to the child
- Assisting with homework and supporting the child's educational progress
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to provide structure and stability
