The family insists on having someone who is a native English speaker. The nanny will be responsible for typical childcare duties, although they may not regularly oversee all three children simultaneously due to the children's participation in various afterschool activities such as swimming. The qualified candidate should possess a genuine passion for childcare, and be capable of aiding the children with homework, organising imaginative activities, arranging playdates, and coordinating outdoor adventures. A background in education is preferred, and having driving skills would be beneficial for this position.
