A lovely family of four from Epping, Essex is looking for a caring and energetic Nanny, happy to look after two young children: one little boy aged 3.5 years old and one baby girl aged 12 months when the role starts. The family is looking for someone flexible and with a hands-on attitude. The candidate is expected to prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children and do some light housework related to the children.
A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: Three days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday 8:00-7:00 pm and Friday 9:30-5:30 pm
Duties include:
- Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles of milk.
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children.
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children.
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children.
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth.
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development.
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
- Managing laundry tasks.
- Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher.
They would like someone to start on 15th April 2025.
