This lovely family based in Merton, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their toddler and school-aged child on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French. The role will involve all standard nanny duties, and a valid first aid qualification is essential.
Working hours: 3 days per week, 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm + 1 day per week 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (optional) twice per month babysitting (weekend)
Duties include:
- Engaging the children in play and taking them to the park
- Providing supervision and constant care to ensure safety and well-being
- Planning and organising age-appropriate activities to support development
- Collecting the children from school and escorting them safely home
- Preparing healthy snacks and light meals after school
- Assisting with homework and encouraging learning in a supportive way
- Organising recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, and board games
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised environment for the children
- Supporting a structured yet fun after-school routine, including preparation for bedtime if required
