A lovely family in Eltham, London seeks a Nanny-Housekeeper, for 5 days to provide childcare assistance to their school-aged child and a newborn baby. The nanny-housekeeper will be mainly focused on caring for the school-aged child as the mum will take care of the baby. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family and a bonus if has knowledge of Indian cuisines and healthy meals. Someone who is comfortable and flexible to travel with the family would be a bonus since the family frequently take long and international trips.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, 20 hours per week
Duties include:
- responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development
- implementing daily routines
- providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- organising and participating in activities with the children
- tidying up the children's bedrooms and play areas
- cooking and preparing meals for the family
- maintaining a clean family home
- sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
- cleaning washbasins, bathtubs and showers
- deep cleaning the kitchen
- washing clothes
- unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
- ironing
- making up the beds and changing the linens
- washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
- cleaning the windows and mirrors
A Nanny-Housekeeper, 5 days role must have a valid first aid qualification. They are keen to hire someone who can start immediately.
