A Full time Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this lovely family based in Kensington, London to provide proper care for their precious baby and maintain the cleanliness of their home. An ideal candidate will be someone experienced, reliable, and proactive in balancing childcare and housekeeping tasks. Someone who could speak the Mandarin language is ideal but they can consider English-speaking candidates.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, around 45 to 50 hours per week plus occasional weekends/evenings when needed
Duties include:
- Assisting with nappy changes and bottle-feeding
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the child
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the child
- Keeping child's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Engaging the child in interactive play, developmental activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the child's structure and development
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
- Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
- Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
- Making beds and replacing linens as needed
- Cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
