A Part-time Nanny Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family based in Ealing, London to help them in looking after their school-aged child whilst maintaining the cleanliness of their home. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone flexible and proactive who will take charge of all general housekeeping duties. A driver is required, and the candidate should be comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
Someone who could speak Tagalog or Arabic languages would be a bonus but English-speaking candidates would also be considered. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday for 2 to 3 hours a day or 3 days a week for 4 to 5 hours per day, around 12 to 15 hours per week
Duties include:
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
- Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
- Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
- Making beds and replacing linens as needed
- Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
