A lovely family based in Hackney, London, is seeking a part-time Nanny-Housekeeper to care for their toddler and school-aged child while keeping the home clean and well organised. All general nanny-housekeeping duties will be required for this role. The nanny-housekeeper will also be responsible for preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children. Fluency in Spanish would be a bonus. A valid First Aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 3:30 pm to 7 pm.
Duties include:
- Carrying out ironing duties
- Managing the family laundry
- Taking care of delicate and important household items
- Hoovering carpets and floors
- Mopping floors to maintain cleanliness
- Cleaning windows, cupboards, surfaces, and kitchen areas
- Ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are kept tidy and spotless
- Managing and organising wardrobes efficiently
- Assisting with the children’s learning and development
- Washing and dressing the children
- Engaging in play and fun activities with them
- Changing nappies as needed
- Sterilising and cleaning milk bottles
- Accompanying the children to various activities and outings
- Ensuring the children are always safe, happy, and well cared for
