A family in Torquay, Devon is looking for a part time live out nanny to help them care for their two lovely toddlers. The family is expecting a baby so someone who has experience in looking after babies would be ideal. All general nanny duties are required in this role. The home is thoughtfully arranged to nurture Montessori-style independence, resilience, and fun, messy play, so someone who naturally champions self-reliance will be a wonderful fit. This shared-care role will naturally evolve into greater autonomy and sole charge, with the potential for increased hours once the newborn arrives, making prior baby experience a big plus. More hours are available for a candidate willing to cover short 4h shifts over the weekend. A car driver is essential. Someone who knows how to drive with their own car would be advantageous for this role.
The nanny must have a valid first aid qualification.
Working hours: Monday to Wednesday, Term Time: 4 pm to 8 pm (12h/week). Half Term and School Holidays: 10 am to 8 pm (30 hours per week) 17h/week pro rata; 4-hour shifts available for 1 weekend day.
