A Part-time Nanny is needed by this lovely family based in Epsom, Surrey to provide proper care for their three school-aged children. The nanny will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children, flexible to do school runs and take charge of light housekeeping tasks related to them. A driver is required for this position, and the candidate should be comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Tuesday from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Wednesday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, approximately 30 hours per week
Duties include:
- Running the drop-off and pick-up from schools
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the children
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
- Ensuring the children have the right clothes and equipment for school and preparing this in advance where needed
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Managing children's laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
- Batch cooking meals that the family can use on weekend
The family seeks someone who can start in mid-April 2025 and are happy to meet lovely candidates.
