A Part-time Housekeeper is needed by a family based in Slough to assist them in keeping their home clean and tidy for 24.5 hours per week. They are happy to offer a salary of £18-£20 gross per hour for a qualified candidate. They require a confident driver with their own car. The role also involves cooking healthy meals for their child so someone child-friendly would be ideal. All general housekeeping duties will be expected in this job.
They have a small dog that so someone comfortable around animals would be ideal.
Working hours: Mondays 6 am - 11 am, Wednesdays 6 am - 8:30 pm and Thursdays 6 am - 11 am
Duties include:
- responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the child
- taking the child to extra-curricular activities
- school runs
- maintaining a clean family home
- accepting parcels, organising suitcases for travel, and wardrobe management
- sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
- dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
- cleaning wash basins, bathtubs, and showers
- cleaning the kitchen
- washing clothes.
- unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
- ironing
- making up the beds and changing the linens.
- washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
- cleaning the windows and mirrors
