A lovely family based in Saffron Walden, Essex, is seeking an experienced Part-time Live-out Housekeeper to help maintain their family home.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of housekeeping experience and be reliable, organised, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail. Someone who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and enjoys working independently would be well suited to this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep of a three-storey home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, ensuring it remains clean, organised, and well presented at all times.
Working hours: 8 hours per week, spread across 3 to 4 days per week.
Duties include:
ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing throughout the home
cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
washing, drying, ironing, folding, and organising clothing and household linens
making beds and changing bed linen as required
loading and unloading the dishwasher and keeping dishware organised
maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming home environment
