A lovely family based in Reading, Berkshire is looking for a Part-time Housekeeper to help them in maintaining the cleanliness of their property. They are looking for someone organised and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping tasks.
Working hours: Monday and Friday for 12 hours per week on a flexible schedule
Duties include:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
- Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
- Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
- Making beds and replacing linens as needed
- Cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Running errands such as going to laundry, pickup/delivery has to be arranged to/from house, laundry would be towels and clothing
They are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
