A wonderful family in the Godstone, Surrey area is seeking a part-time nanny to provide attentive care for their toddler. The main focus for the nanny will be caring for their child and supporting early years development. The ideal candidate will be flexible to provide extra support when needed and some travelling with notice. A driver would be a bonus. The family is looking for someone comfortable travelling since they would be spending the vacation out of the country.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours:
- Monday 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
- Tuesday 7:00 am to 1:30 pm, then 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Thursday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- Leaving extra hours a week to be a bit more flexible as needed.
Duties include:
- Assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infants.
- Bath and bedtime routine.
- Bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the child.
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the child.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the child.
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy.
- Engaging the child in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park.
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the child.
They are looking for someone who can start in July or August 2026.
