A lovely family based in North London is looking for a part-time live-out nanny to care for their baby. The family is seeking someone who can truly become part of their home — someone proactive, fun, and nurturing, who will take the baby out, set up age-appropriate activities, read with him, go for walks, and support his development. Ideally, the candidate will have experience with babies or children of a similar age, but the right personality and initiative are most important. Working hours will be from 10 am to 4 pm, three days a week. Light children’s housekeeping and support with weaning and cooking nutritious meals will also be part of the role as the baby grows. Some knowledge of sleep training would be a welcome bonus. While a driver is not required, the family can offer a spare room for overnight support or additional hours if desired. There are no pets in the household. A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.
Working hours: 10:00 am to 16:00 pm, 2 to 3 days a week (ideally no long gap between the days so a Monday, Wednesday and Friday would be ideal)
