A lovely family in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire is looking for a Temporary Live in Nanny-Housekeeper who can entertain their three school-aged children with creative activities and maintain the household using their initiative during the day, while the children are at school. An ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys engaging with children and creating opportunities for fun and social development. They have a dog and it would be really helpful if the nanny-housekeeper can take him for a walk from time to time and feed when required. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a must.
Working hours: Monday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, around 64 to 84 hours a week

Duties include:
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children
- Keeping children's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books to the children
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the children's structure and development
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
- Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
- Washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
- Managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
- Making beds and replacing linens as needed
- Cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
They are looking for someone who can start on the 2nd of June 2025 and are happy to meet lovely candidates.
