A lovely family in the Battersea area is looking for a Temporary Nanny-Housekeeper to provide attentive care for their newborn baby and maintain the cleanliness of their home. They seek someone proactive, knowledgeable, and flexible who can carry out all childcare and housekeeping duties. Someone who have lots of experience in looking after babies is essential. The family has a dog at home so someone pet-friendly is ideal for this role. This will be a temporary role from the 30th of June until the 31st of July 2025.

A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, approximately 15 hours per week

Duties include:

  • helping mum with all duties related to caring for the infant
  • assisting with nappy changes and preparing bottles for infant
  • bathing and maintaining proper hygiene for the child
  • ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the child
  • keeping child's bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
  • establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to support the child's structure and development
  • ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a private residence
  • performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
  • dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
  • cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen area
  • washing, drying, and organising clothing and linens
  • managing laundry tasks, including ironing and folding
  • making beds and replacing linens as needed
  • cleaning and organising dish ware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
  • cooking healthy meals and meal prepping for the family

They are looking for someone to hire on the 30th of June 2025 and they are happy to meet lovely candidates.
