A lovely family in Kensington, London is looking for a Temporary Nanny to help them in looking after their two school-aged children. The nanny will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of light housekeeping tasks related to them. The nanny will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for their children. This will be a temporary role from the 8th until the 31st of January 2025.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm, approximately 27.5 hours per week
Duties include:
- Responsible for the safety, well-being, care and development of the children
- Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas
- Playing with the children and taking them to the park
- Reading to and playing with the children
- Helping with homework
- Implementing daily routines
- School pick up, and taking them to after school activities
- Sweeping and vacuuming
- Washing clothes
- Unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
