Jelena is warm, sensitive to a child's needs... she has excellent principles in terms of behaviour. She is strict when required, whilst always explaining the values which are important. Jelena is fantastic at entertaining, inventing games, singing and acting activities, art/craft activities- she is very imaginative and proactive, and takes the initiative to instigate activities.
